International Removals
On a regular basis The Wright Removal Company's specially trained removal operatives move people's belongings around the world—from Australia to Canada, USA to New Zealand. All your effects are carefully packed wrapped and sometimes dismantled in your home by our own professional staff using the very best packing materials and techniques.
If you have a lot of effects these can be shipped within your own exclusive shipping container. This would be loaded at your home or our depot, sealed and then shipped on the next available vessel to the destination port.
If you have a small number of effects they can be packed, then taken back to our depot and forwarded to their destination with other customer's belongings. This method is called a Groupage Service. (You only pay for the amount of container space you use).
For effects that need to be transported quickly—airfreight can be considered. The Wright Removal Company will send your air packed possessions anywhere in the world. You can choose this option for a consignment on its own, or if there are items that you will need sooner at the destination with your shipment to follow.
What's included "Door to Door?
- Our experienced and trained staff will fully export pack and dismantle (if needed) all your effects.
- If there are any fragile items we will custom make a wooden crate.
- After packing a fully detailed inventory will be signed (by us both) you keep a copy.
- We will need you to complete some documentation (we will advise you and issue the forms).
- We will load the container safely with your effects.
- We will arrange the transport by road, sea or air to the destination port.
- Our agents will contact you with possible delivery dates.
- Our agents will clear the consignment through customs (some destinations require you to be there).
- Our agents will deliver the effects to your new home, check off the inventory, unpack all items required, re-erect as dismantled and remove all the packaging.
